Dear Mr. Grocholski; I am writing to give a recommendation for Mr. Shon Wells. I have worked with Shon for the past 3 years and have seen great improvement. Shon has all the traits of a great athlete; strength, speed, power, and agility. I have worked with many pro athletes and seen the hard work it takes to make it to the next level. Shon has worked harder for me than any of my professional athletes and has an amazing intensity and will to succeed. As a person Shon is equally determined. He is finishing up his masters degree and works as a counselor for area troubled youth. He is very organized and always finds time in his busy schedule to get his workout in. Shon is a great athlete and person and just needs a place to exploit his talents. Thanks for you time and contact me if you have any further questions. Mr. Grocholski, My name is Scott Stallcup and I am a high school football coach at Webster Groves High School in St. Louis , Missouri . I have previously coached at Rolla , Missouri . I am writing this note for Shon Wells. I was Shon’s RB coach at Rolla High. I won’t pretend to give you info on Shon’s athletic ability. That is obviously your job. I just want to tell you a little about his character and work ethic. I have coached running backs for 23 years and Shon was the best I have coached. He was very athletic at our level, but what made him a joy to coach was his work ethic and desire to be the best. I have found him to be extremely coachable. He is a team player with a tremendous desire to do the best job possible. I believe his character is above reproach. He is a great kid who will do what you ask of him. Thanks for allowing me this voice. Have a great day. If you need to talk to me feel free to call at 573-578-1451. Scott Stallcup |
