To Whom it may Concern:

Highly Competitive!  Strong Leadership Qualities!  Charismatic Personality!  Very Diverse!  Innovative!

I recruited Noah Sanderson to Dakota State right out of high school.  Noah excelled both on the field being an All-
Conference Player, to a Campus Leader serving in many visible roles as a student.  Noah brings a level of energy
to succeed that very few can generate.

Describing Noah’s abilities on the playing field is like a high powered bullet, he’s everywhere and when he strikes,
his impact is long lasting.

Noah is a young man with a bright future.  He comes from a very hardworking family background where his father
(All- American Wrestler at Iowa) assured his children understood the value of hard work and earning respect for
your actions, not what you say.

I would highly recommend Noah Sanderson as a person that will provide an impact on any organization.

Please feel free to contact me with any further details on how Noah might best serve you and your organization.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing in regard to Noah Sanderson.  I coached Noah for two seasons at Dakota State University.  Noah was
a team leader on and off the field.

Noah was a very high energy player, but his energy for football does not match his passion for life.  He was
instrumental throughout the Madison Community.  Noah set up fundraising efforts for the football team, set up a
reading program at the elementary school, and was involved with multiple campus organizations.  Noah was State
University.

I would recommend Noah for a wide array of job opportunities.  Football is one of the easiest jobs I can
recommend him for.  Noah was an all conference player.  He was the teams leader in tackles. He made the
transition from safety to linebacker very smoothly.  He plays very fast.  Noah was probably our best pure football
player on defense.  He allowed us to open our package because of his ability to cover and play inside the box.

Noah will be an ambassador for your team and your league.  He will take great pride in what he does on and off of
the field.  I personally can say I was very proud of Noah and his accomplishments throughout his career at Dakota
State University.
