To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter as a recommendation for Aki Jones. Aki has been a part of the TEST Sports Clubs family since January of 2006. The relationship started as Aki was preparing for the NFL Draft as a client. He worked incredibly hard and earned a contract with the Washington Redskins in 2006. Upon his football career being on hold, Aki became an active member of the TEST staff in 2008 as a performance coach & mentor for young athletes and a variety of events such as college showcases. He also assisted in the sales and marketing division and brought many creative projects to the table to enhance the TEST brand in the community. Aki is professional, outgoing, and is a truly caring & creative person. He has taken on many projects and challenges at our brand new 24,000 square foot sports training and wellness facility. Each project has been done in a timely fashion and with continuous positive effort from Aki. Aki is involved in many community oriented organizations including the Huddle Group as a volunteer to help young underprivileged athletes achieve their athletic & academic dreams a reality. Aki would be a tremendous asset to any organization looking for an enthusiastic & positive person who will turn into a leader in the community in the future. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding Aki Jones. I highly recommend him for your organization. Sincerely, Brian Martin Chief Executive Officer TEST Sports Clubs Ph-732-271-1000 Ext. 223 Email- Brian@TESTsportsclubs.com |

To Mark Grocholski, President & CEO, World Sports Scouting I truly consider it a privilege to write this letter on behalf of Aki Jones, a man whom I have had the pleasure working with over the past 12 month. It is perhaps unusual for me to write this recommendation for him, as I am not in a strong position to evaluate his athletic ability or even to have observed his NFL career. However, I would argue that few if any would know better how Aki could contribute as a mentor, leader, instructor, and sport marketing agent than me. Over the course of one year I have observed Aki instruct, coach, and advise youngsters from as young 6 years old, up to budding NFL talent. From the very first week I began my research at Test Sports Center in Martinsville NJ, Aki impressed me with his commitment to detail. Rather than go through the motions and collect a paycheck, he would lace up his cleats and break down every aspect of a drill before requiring an athlete try. The consistency and professionalism that he displayed in helping athletes get better, helped Aki stand out from the other instructors at Test. After observing Aki for nearly one month, I approached him about my research and solicited his participation. True to the generosity displayed on the gym floor, Aki eagerly agreed to assist in anyway possible. In spite of a demanding schedule filled with personal training clients, group instruction, and serving as a membership sale agent, Aki went out of his way to share his story of playing in the NFL. When Odessa Turner, Former Wide Receiver for the Super Bowl Champion New York Giants, decided to host a football academy, Aki was the first person he approached. As a non-profit organization committed to working with at risk high school athletes, it is important that Odessa and I work with individuals who represent the character and integrity that The Reach Out Together Foundation stands for. Without question, Aki Jones is an individual that encompasses the values that our organization espouses. Rather than continuing to heap praises at Aki, I would like to share an experience that captures the essence of this young man. In August 2008, The Reach Out Together Foundation agreed to host a two-day instructional football camp for Pratt Tech, and Bassick High School, in Milford CT. Due to financial constraints, the schools could only afford to hire three professional athletes for 85 athletes. Aki was asked to take a group 30 linemen for two sessions each day, ranging in age from 13-18 years old. Keep in mind that Bassick is an inner-city school football program from Bridgeport Connecticut, which lost 100 games over the previous 9 seasons. In addition to skillfully running these sessions, Aki offered his personal testimony as an NFL athlete before conducting a 90-minute speed and agility session for all 85 students. To know Aki is to respect him as an athlete, and to love his has a fine human being. His time in the league, and his background as a instructor at Test Sports Center has molded a confident (but humble), charismatic man who is a natural leader. His own winding path into the NFL —which provides him with an on the ground glimpse of the harsh aftermath of short-lived careers —instill in him a desire to mentor students inside and outside the classroom. He is also driven to inform and engage the public at large about the particular struggles that athletes face. Ever the optimist, Aki has long-term plans of developing as successful sports marketing career. He also envisions it as a locus for attracting and mentoring athletes from at risk backgrounds. I think that working, as a sports ambassador in Europe is the perfect environment for Aki. He has used his own experience as a professional athlete, and his business dealings in sports marketing to help make a difference in many peoples lives. Given his ambition and focused determination I am convinced that Aki will be a welcomed addition to your organization. The only possible draw back associated with Aki joining the World Sports Scouting team is that he will no longer be available to assist The Reach Out Together Foundation with our mission. However, it is with great pleasure that I whole heartily endorse this move. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to write this letter on behalf of a man that I strongly admire as a gentleman and as an athlete. Please contact me with any questions. Regards, Robert W.
