To Whom It May Concern:

Hello! My name is Farasi Norman. I am the Head Football Coach/Athletic Director of New Mexico Prep Football
(PG). I am writing this letter on behalf of Eric Henson. Eric Played for me at Hutchinson Community College and
Western New Mexico University. I have been around a lot of good athletes and Eric ranks as one of the most I truly
enjoyed being around. He is a class act and a professional at all times.

Whenever we needed a big play or even a smile this young man would always come through for us. He is a team
player. I have no doubt he will be a valuable asset to your organization. Eric Henson is educated not only in the
classroom, but in life. I wish I could coach young men like him for the rest of my coaching carrier. Eric was also a
student of mine in the classroom. I can't think of one time he was ever late or did not turn in his homework.
Whenever I was out of town on personal business I could depend on him to be the class student leader for the day.
In my honest opinion, if you are trying to build a team with talent, character, professionalism then please do not
look past this young man. He is everything you could want and more. If you have any questions please feel free to
contact me at farasinorman@nmpfootball.org. Thank you for your time, God bless.

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Tyrone Ratliffe, and I was the receivers coach who coached Eric Henson at Western New Mexico
University his senior year on the team. Mr. Henson was the best receiver we had on the team. Mr. Henson's work
ethic was incredible. He would always show up to practice in a timely matter, and give 110% on every play whether
he was getting the ball or not. Mr. Henson was an excellent route runner who had the ability to stop and accelerate
with little or no effort. His routes were always crisp with little or no error. I believe that Mr. Henson is also a very
strong individual that loves to block, and help his teammates accomplish great potentials on the field. Mr. Henson
is and will be a great asset to any team that will give him the opportunity to probe his ability to play with some of the
best talent in the country. It is my opinion that Mr. Henson can block, run, and catch as well as any other receiver
that attended a division of college.
Respectfully:

To Whom It May Concern:

Eric Henson is a young man that I have known for about 4 years now. He played wide receiver for us at WNMU. He
possesses excellent speed and great hands. What sets him apart from many receivers is his ability to make yards
after a catch. He is tough and will run digs across the middle and he will block. He does love the game and works
very hard with the weights and conditioning. He is a film watching, studying football player.

I am proud of how hard he has persevered to put himself through college. He had a partial scholarship because
that is all we had to offer our players and he worked 2 jobs with McDonalds and Wal-Mart. He now works full time
with Wal-Mart and goes to school finishing up his 2 degrees.

Eric was one of the leaders of our team on and off the field. As head coach he gave me no problems with drugs or
any bad behavior. Eric is a fun guy but a responsible person. He is very well-liked by his teammates and the
faculty of WNMU. I like and respect him.

If you want to talk or email me concerning Eric feel free to contact me at 719-252-8377 or cldwade@aol.com. After
42 years of coaching all collegiate levels, we have retired and moved to Colorado to raise and ride horses. Best to
you and your program.

Respectfully,

Charley Wade

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is a reference letter for Eric Henson. Eric played here at WNMU three years and is an outstanding young
man. He has very good character and is an honest, hard
working young man.

Since finishing his eligibility, Eric has worked at Wal-Mart and is a very hard working young man. His real desire is
to continue to play football. Eric has excellent speed and
can stretch defenses vertically.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

To Whom it May Concern:

My name is Mike Nagy and I have the great honor of writing you this letter so that you get a better understanding of
why Eric Henson is an exceptional person, athlete, and a great candidate as a football player in Europe. I have
coached at Western New Mexico University as the quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs coach, and
currently I'm the Offensive Coordinator at Safford High School. In 2005 I played quarterback and free safety for the
Jyvaskyla Jaguars in Finland

When starting my coaching career I met Eric Henson and quickly learned how passionate he is about the game of
football. I've known Eric Henson for five years and each year he works harder and harder to become a better
football player. Eric Henson has committed himself to the game of football by being one of the team leaders on
the field and in the community. I've only known a few people in my playing career and coaching career that have
had the respect of the whole team like he did. Eric Henson's character is one of a kind and he will lead by
example. I've seen Eric Henson be a role model for younger college athletes not only for the football team but for
our entire athletic department at the university. Being around Eric Henson I know first hand and seen him be one
of the "go to guys" on a team, and I also witnessed Eric being one of the guys that just wants to win by helping his
team any way he can. Eric is also willing to share his success with others and he always looks to better his
teammates. In closing, I know that Eric Henson will be a great fit for the Maple League and I believe both Eric and
the Maple League will benefit from him being there. Eric Henson makes everyone around him better and from my
experience playing in 2005 for the Jyvaskyla Jaguars I know he will be a great asset to your organization.

Thank you,

Mike Nagy
