| TO MARK GROCHOLSK: I have been asked to write this letter of recommendation for Adam Foley regarding him playing football in Europe. Regarding my personal background in football, I have recently just accepted a position as an assistant strength & conditioning coach with the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, but previously I have been the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Fordham University, a Division I-AA football school in New York City. I held that position at Fordham for 10 years, have been an NCAA Division I coach for 12 years, a high school football coach for an additional 5 years, and am a former Canadian college football player. I have known Adam for several years and worked directly with him during his entire collegiate football career at Fordham. Adam as a football player had great size and speed, excellent instincts, and was physical at the point of contact. In addition to being a talented football player on the game field, Adam has an excellent work ethic in the weight room as well as the practice field. Adam brings more than just his physical talents on the field to any organization he would be working with. He has several intangible qualities that are special and hard to measure. He consistently demonstrated great leadership skills, a positive attitude, and was a favorite among his teammates. He is definitely someone who will add to any team he works with on the field as well as in the lockeroom. In conclusion, I cannot give enough support for Adam’s recommendation with any football organization. Please feel free to contact me on my cell phone number listed below. Sincerely, Jason George Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach Jacksonville Jaguars 917-599-6116 (cell) |
