2008: Lamar signed with the Detroit Seminoles an became their starting middle linebacker currently Lamar leads the
team in tackles with 31. 1INT an four tackles for loss.

2007: signed with the Port Huron Pirates arena football Team. Lamar's stay wasn't long after he came to terms with
himself realizing that th arena game was not for him.

2006: did not play released by the Edmonton Eskimos.

2005: Edmonton Eskimos Lamar saw little action before having knee surgery.

2004: Lamar went to training camp with the Hamilton Tiger Cats where He won the starting middle linebacker position.
He Appeared in 15 games that season, 13 with Hamilton and 2 with Montreal. Milestone for was when Lamar picked off
his first pass an took it forty one yards for the touchdown. His Highlight of the season came against arch rival Toronto
Argonauts on a Labor Day Classic showdown when he registered 11 Tackles, 1 sack and a pass knockdown. He was
then rewarded defensive Player of the week. Following 13 Games Lamar was then moved to Montreal to finish the
Season where he would only play two Games. Lamar still managed to lead the Hamilton Tiger Cats and th Montreal
Alouettes in tackles that season registering 67 solo tackles, 5 special teams, 7 sacks, 4 tackles for loss, 2 knockdowns,
2 caused fumbles, 1 recovered fumble and two interceptions which both went for touchdowns.

2003: Lamar was resigned by the Houston Texans. He appeared in four preseason Games before being released.
Lamar then signed with the Edmonton Eskimos where he was placed on the inactive list.

2002: Lamar was signed by the Houston Texans following a phenomenal rookie CFL season. He made the 53 man
roster. Lamar was also the starting Nickel an Dime Linebacker. Lamar was active seven Games that year before being
placed on Injured reserve. His best game of the season came against the Buffalo Bills when he recorded three special
teams tackles.

2001: Signed with the Hamilton Tiger Cats which would lead to a break out season. Lamar appeared in 20 Games, 18
regular season an 2 playoff games. He started all 20 games, Lamar would finish in the top three in tackling in the CFL.
His best Game came against the Montreal Alouettes where he registered 8 solo tackles 1 special teams an one fumble
return for 25 yards. He would finish Leading the Hamilton Tiger Cats in Tackling with 96 an finished third on the team with
12 special teams tackles adding 1 fumble return, 5 sacks , 8 tackles for loss and 4 pass knockdowns. Lamar was
chosen as an Eastern All star.

2000: Signed as a rookie free agent with the San Francisco 49ers in July, appeared in four preseason games. Lamar
was a final cut following the preseason.

College: Lamar was first team All-Mac as a Junior and Senior. In 1999 Lamar was nominated a Dick Butkus Candidate
which honors the nations top linebacker. Lamar's best game of the season came against Syracuse when he registered
14 solo tackles, Lamar led the team in tackles registering 103 adding 71 of them solo,  8 tackles for loss, 1 quarterback
sack, 1 force fumble and 9 pass knock downs. Lamar was selected first team All-Mac.

1998: Lamar registered 119 tackles 72 of them were solo 12 tackles for loss, 1 quarterback sack 1 fumble return. His
best game of the season came against Central Florida when he totaled 19 tackles. A week later Lamar was defensive
player of the week after totaling 12 tackles which four of them were losses against Central Michigan. Following the 98
season Lamar was chosen first team All-Mac.

1997: Lamar registered 74 tackles 49 of them were solo, 11 tackles for loss, 4 pass knock downs, 2 caused fumbles
and 2 quarterback sacks in 10 games. Lamar only started 8 games that season.

High School: Lamar was All League, All Metro, All State, All Area as a senior. Team Captain as well. Lamar started on
Varsity as a Sophomore , Junior , an Senior. Lamar was ranked number 30 on the blue chip list and was also in the
Detroit free press as one of the top 25 players in the state. As a senior Lamar posted 98 tackles averaged 8.3 yards a
carry as a running back , 16.3 yards as a receiver also his senior season he lettered in track an baseball
