Coaching Philosophy: I believe in being fundamentally sound, and doing the little things right. When you
can count on your teammates to do their jobs, success will soon follow.
Coach Message: I am very interested in an assistant coaching position. As a former player in the NFL &
CFL, I feel that I am very in tuned to the developmental needs of your athletes to make them successful. I
have acquired a wealth of skills and knowledge throughout my career, and I’m eager to share that with
your players.
As my resume suggests, my experience and capabilities are distinct, and I have the ability to adapt and
forge strong relationships in any environment. I have strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership
abilities. I am very capable of performing under pressure, and meeting deadlines. I am also self-driven,
and eager to learn. As a player, I not only had to be a leader among my peers, I had to develop skills for
effectively communicating with coaches, fans, and the media.
I am confident that we would make an excellent team; and my presence would be a benefit to your
organization. I look forward to meeting with you and learning more about your needs. Please contact me if
you have any questions.
